My name is Margot Fink. I’m an activist and designer based in Melbourne, Australia. I work in visual communication and design, video production and diverse range of visual media. For the past 6 years I have been following my passion as a career.
I’m often asked what I do, and there’s not really a short answer. The work I do is very diverse and ticks a lot of different boxes. I’ve filmed, directed and edited short films, created award winning artworks and designs and much more. I love my work and always bring enthusiasm, passion and dedication to projects no matter how big or small it is. I aim to deliver the absolute best that I can with everything I do.
I have extensive experience as a designer, creating and developing graphic identities, print designs, and the development of interactive media. I’ve been exploring new areas and revisiting old ones. Most recently I’ve returned to digital illustration.
I’m a passionate filmmaker, primarily working as a DOP and editor. I love visual storytelling and creating beautiful images. I’m experienced with camera operation and many editing workflows, and have skills in motion graphic animation and basic visual effects.
I have been passionate about art my whole life. I love to create and Art allows me to create in a less structured, more organic and free way. I’ve created medium scale installations, worked with mixed media, and worked largely with photography and photo manipulation.
